We are thrilled to be offering this really cool VW caddy maxi Life based camper conversion, done to an absolute top spec with every feature you’d possibly expect (plus some you wouldn’t!) in a compact format that’s very easy to drive, park and live with as a daily driver.
This vehicle cost over £42k (invoices to prove!) less than 12 months ago – quick sale desired so grab a huge bargain!
The base vehicle is a 2018 VW caddy maxi lite C20 TSI van, in top end highline spec, with low mileage, presented in indium grey.
The vehicle has just 17,300 miles and has full main dealer service history. It will be sold with a full years MOT.
It has a 1.4L TSI Euro 6 petrol engine, meaning it offers a great combination of performance (124BHP / 92KW) whilst complying with urban low emission zones. It and offers excellent fuel economy and emissions performance (133g/km of CO2). Road tax is a very reasonable £190 per year.
It has semi-automatic transmission, provided by a superb VW “DSG” gearbox. This setup offers the response, reliability and fuel efficiency of a manual car, but with the ease of automatic – either put it in “D” and gear changes are done for you, or slip across into Tiptronic mode for sequential gear changes. Its a lovely vehicle to drive.

As a business who usually deals in transporters, we were blown away by quite how many clever features could fit in a compact space! It really is a very clever and well thought through design, incorporating a two double beds, a gas stove, sink with running water, a fridge, dual battery system, gas night heater, 240v electric hookup, seating for 4 adults, an elevating roof, led lighting, usb charging, a myriad of storage spaces, and much much more.
The conversion has been done to a very high standard, using the best quality materials, fixtures and appliances, and is beautifully presented.
Unfortunately, due to a sudden change of circumstances, the owner has come to be selling it having barely used this lovely vehicle.
They are realistic enough to know they won’t get back everything that the van cost. The van is priced realistically to sell, based on the retail prices you’d find on love campers own website.
